Terms of using Services:
These Terms of Service reflect the laws that apply to WiliVM, and certain things that we’ve always believed to be true. So these Terms of Service help you as you interact with our services. In case of non compliance with these terms and conditions, the shared service will be terminated by the company and the fee will not be refunded. Thus, any claims or complaints regarding interruption or termination of the services will not be accepted.
Each account with an email address is considered as a unique account, and if a client has different accounts, it will be checked by WiliVM inspector and duplicate accounts will be deleted if any suspicious activity is observed.
To transfer the service between two user panels, a ticket must be sent from both user panels including the server name and email of the other user panel.
It is possible for WiliVM clients to use Reverse DNS or PTR on the servers under certain conditions. So that the users should send their request through a ticket and then the request is checked by the technical team, then the possibility of it will be informed in the response of the ticket.
The complete management of virtual servers is the responsibility of the user and WiliVM will not have any responsibility for server management.
Doing the following is illegal and will result in service suspension:
- Any types of Email Marketing
- UBE (Un-Solicited Bulk Email)
- Email Extractor services
These actions puts our business and our clients at risk
You agree to use all services of the site at your own risk.
WiliVM will not be liable for any loss of data or other commercial damages, including special, incidental, consequential or other damages.
The WiliVM site is not responsible for any accidental damages such as sudden server unavailability or server failure caused by the data center.
All services provided by WiliVM can only be used for legal purposes. Sites hosted by customers on servers are important and WiliVM reserves the right to monitor them for the benefit of customers.
Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or content that violates the laws of the UAE is prohibited. In this way, the sale of any defective product on the site, the content provided on the site that violates the laws or rights of third parties, the violation of copyright laws, etc. will be investigated and WiliVM will make a decision about the service.
Therefore, illegality in any form, including unauthorized distribution or copying of copyrighted software or other data, harassment, fraud, drug trafficking, objectionable content and certain types of content are not permitted on our network. We do not host adult content of any description. Hacking, Cracking, Warez and IRC related content is not allowed. Software, audio and video downloads are hosted only if you are the author and copyright owner of the resources or have the right to distribute the content. Accounts suspended for illegal content will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Users who behave in an offensive manner will be suspended from the site, and the user will then be informed why, when and what action she took.
Pornography is prohibited on all WiliVM.com servers. As a result, sites that contain immoral images and advertisements will be suspended.
If any of the mentioned terms and conditions are not followed, the user’s account will be automatically disabled. We reserve the right to suspend the service without notice and for any reason without refund.
If the service is unavailable due to the user’s own negligence, the company will not have any responsibility for compensation.
The User agrees that the Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from matters beyond the Company’s direct control.
The delivery time of virtual servers is between 45 and 60 minutes after registering the service. The VPS login details will be sent to the customer’s email address after the server installation process is complete.
Additional IP requests must be tracked through Tickets and will be provided if available.
Any violation of the rules will result in VPS suspension. The reason for the suspension will be sent to the email address.
A list of server locations and compatible operating systems are available for selection from the order page.
The deadline for renewing VPS/RDP services is only 5 days from the due date. After 5 days from the due date, the service will be completely deleted and the server data will be unrecoverable.
The renewal process of VPS services is done automatically. The relevant renewal invoice will be sent to the customer’s email address 10 days before the due date. On the due date, the service will be suspended due to non-payment and notification emails will be sent to the customer’s email address. The service will remain intact for up to 5 days, and after this period, the service will be removed automatically.
Data backup of VPS services is the responsibility of the customers. WilivVM does not take any responsibility for backing up customer data on VPS services.
- Upgrading/downgrading services can be done, and to request an upgrade/downgrade, the user must send a ticket from within the user panel.
- Upgrading and downgrading time is calculated from the remaining days of service until the due date.
- On the due date or after that, upgrades/downgrades will not take place until the renewal invoice is paid.
- Upgrade/downgrade process is done manually by WiliVM technical experts.
- According to the rules, the remaining amount will not be refunded after discounting the services.
- Upgrading services is done without losing server information, but server information will be lost when the service is downgraded.
Bandwidth limitation conditions:
Due to the importance of bandwidth management for virtual servers, users are required to manage bandwidth consumption according to the limit set for each virtual server plan. If the bandwidth consumption of the server exceeds the set limit, the excess cost will be sent during the invoice. Also, at the same time as the amount of bandwidth consumption increases beyond the set value, the use of the server will be limited.
WliVM site offers bandwidth for all VPS services with defined limits in each plan. According to the terms and conditions of the site, in case of excessive BW usage, the service will be permanently suspended unless the BW recharge fee is paid by the users. The minimum duration for the BW rate will be monthly, which means that every month the BW limit will be renewed accordingly.
Support is through online chat and ticket submission system.
Support does not mean the management of user services and only the unavailability of services or similar cases will be the responsibility of support.
Customers’ refund requests will be accepted within 24 to 48 hours of service delivery. Service cancellation and refund requests are reviewed by technical experts. If there is a problem on the service that cannot be fixed, and if there is no solution, a cancellation request will be accepted by WiliVM and a refund can be made.
Then refund requests will be approved by the finance department. Customers must submit their request as a ticket and attach all payment details (transaction ID, invoice number, etc.). The refund process takes 5-10 working days.
According to the rules, refunds are not accepted for services that have reported abuse.
According to the WiliVM terms and conditions, the existing credit in the wallet will not be refunded to any customer under any circumstances.
Refund requests will be checked based on KYC verification process at first step. So without sending KYC documents through the ticket, your request will be rejected accordingly.
Refund requests for any types of Cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin , CPS and so on) , tokens or digital assets will be rejected and considered null and void.
Wilivm Services Abuse :
Abuse reports are divided based on the unique IPs of each server.
Servers will be terminated 5 days after suspension due to abuse report and all server data will be deleted.
Phishing / Pharming Reports :
The Phishing/Pharming report is very important and as soon as the report is received from AAT, the server will be suspended and the suspension email will be sent to the customer. The reactivation of these types of servers depends on the decision of the AAT.
In the case of an attack, your server will be suspended quickly, then, necessary investigations and decisions will be made by AAT.
Servers with abuse reports related to bots are immediately suspended and will not be reactivated in any way, and the server will be deleted forever.
Spamming and illegal Copyright :
Spamming and illegal copyright reports are checked by the technical department and if the problem is solved by the user, it is possible to reactivate the server. But this possibility is only for some servers, not all of them.
Resource Abuse :
Different types of such reports cause the service to be suspended and the decision to reactivate the server is made by AAT, which in most cases will disable the server forever.
