
Terms of using Services:
These Terms of Service reflect the laws that apply to WiliVM and certain things that we’ve always believed to be true. So these Terms of Service help you as you interact with our services. In case of non-compliance with these terms and conditions, the shared service will be terminated by the company, and the fee will not be refunded. Thus, any claims or complaints regarding interruption or termination of the services will not be accepted. Each account with an email address is considered a unique account, and if a client has different accounts, it will be checked by WiliVM inspector, and duplicate accounts will be deleted if any suspicious activity is observed. To transfer the service between two user panels, a ticket must be sent from both user panels, including the server name and email of the other user panel. WiliVM clients can use Reverse DNS or PTR on the servers under certain conditions. So that the users should send their request through a ticket, and then the request is checked by the technical team, and then the possibility of it will be informed in the response to the ticket. The complete management of virtual servers is the responsibility of the user, and WiliVM will not have any responsibility for server management. Doing the following is illegal and will result in service suspension:
- Any Email Marketing
- Spamming
- UBE (Un-Solicited Bulk Email)
- Email Extractor services
These actions put our business and our clients at risk. You agree to use all services of the site at your own risk. WiliVM will not be liable for any loss of data or other commercial damages, including special, incidental, consequential or other damages. The WiliVM site is not responsible for any accidental damages, such as sudden server unavailability or server failure, caused by the data center. All services provided by WiliVM can only be used for legal purposes. Sites hosted by customers on servers are important, and WiliVM reserves the right to monitor them for the benefit of customers. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or content that violates the laws of the UAE is prohibited. In this way, the sale of any defective product on the site, the content provided on the site that violates the laws or rights of third parties, the violation of copyright laws, etc., will be investigated, and WiliVM will decide on the service. Therefore, illegality in any form, including unauthorized distribution or copying of copyrighted software or other data, harassment, fraud, drug trafficking, objectionable content and certain types of content are not permitted on our network. We do not host adult content of any description. Hacking, Cracking, Warez and IRC-related content are not allowed. Software, audio and video downloads are hosted only if you are the author and copyright owner of the resources or have the right to distribute the content. Accounts suspended for illegal content will not be refunded under any circumstances. Users who behave offensively will be suspended from the site, and the user will then be informed of the reason, the date, and the specific action taken. Pornography is prohibited on all WiliVM.com servers. As a result, sites that contain immoral images and advertisements will be suspended. If any of the mentioned terms and conditions are not followed, the user’s account will be automatically disabled. We reserve the right to suspend the service without notice and for any reason without refund. If the service is unavailable due to the user’s negligence, the company will not be responsible for compensation. The User agrees that the Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from matters beyond the Company’s direct control.
Delivery Terms:
The approximate delivery time for orders is between 10 and 60 minutes. However, if the server capacity in the selected location is full, delivery may take time.
If fast delivery is important to you, we recommend that you choose another location if possible. In this case, we will coordinate with you via ticket.
- In some locations, server delivery from the data center may take between 1 and 24 hours.
VPS/RDP Service Renewal Terms
- Renewal Period
The renewal period for VPS/RDP services is strictly limited to three (3) calendar days after the service due date.
- Data Deletion
Upon the expiration of this renewal period, the service will be permanently terminated, and all associated data will be irreversibly deleted without the possibility of recovery.
- Automatic Renewal Process
Renewal for VPS services is processed automatically. A renewal invoice will be issued and sent to the customer’s registered email address ten (10) days prior to the due date.
- Suspension
On the due date, if payment has not been received, the service will be suspended, and notification emails will be sent to the customer’s registered email address.
- Automatic Termination
The service will remain in suspension for a maximum of three (3) days after the due date. If payment is not completed within this period, the service will be automatically terminated without further notice.
Backups:
Data backup of VPS services is the responsibility of the customers. WiliVM does not take any responsibility for backing up customer data on VPS services.
Upgrade/downgrade rules:
Upgrading/downgrading services can be done, and to request an upgrade/downgrade, the user must send a ticket from within the user panel.
Upgrading and downgrading time is calculated from the remaining days of service until the due date.
On the due date or after that, upgrades/downgrades will not take place until the renewal invoice is paid.
Upgrade/downgrade process is done manually by WiliVM technical experts.
According to the rules, the remaining amount will not be refunded after discounting the services.
Upgrading services is done without losing server information, but server information will be lost when the service is downgraded.
Bandwidth Limitation Terms
Given the importance of bandwidth management for virtual servers, users are required to manage their bandwidth consumption according to the limits defined for each VPS plan. If the bandwidth usage exceeds the specified limit, additional charges will be applied to the invoice. Simultaneously, exceeding bandwidth limits may result in restricted server usage.
WliVM provides bandwidth for all VPS services based on the defined limits for each plan. According to the site’s terms and conditions, if bandwidth overuse occurs, the service will be permanently terminated unless the user pays for additional bandwidth charges. The minimum bandwidth rate is calculated monthly, meaning bandwidth limits are proportionally renewed each month.
Support:
Support is provided via online chat and ticketing system. Support does not include full management of user services and only covers issues such as service inaccessibility or similar problems.
Refund Policy:
Refund requests are accepted only within 24 to 48 hours after service delivery.
Cancellation and refund requests are reviewed by technical experts. If an irreparable issue is found, cancellation and refund may be approved by WliVM.
After technical approval, refund requests are forwarded to the finance department.
Customers must submit refund requests via ticket including all payment details (transaction ID, invoice number, etc.).
- The refund process takes 5 to 10 business days.
- Refunds are not accepted for services reported for abuse.
- Wallet balances are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Refund requests are initially verified through KYC process; without submitting KYC documents, requests will be denied.
- Refunds for cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, CPS, tokens, etc.) and digital assets are rejected and void.
Abuse of WliVM Services:
VPS
Abuse reports are handled based on each server’s unique IPs.
Servers suspended due to abuse reports will be deactivated 5 days after suspension, and all data will be deleted.
Phishing/Farming Reports:
These reports are taken very seriously. Upon receiving a report from AAT, the server is suspended and suspension email is sent to the customer.
Reactivation of such servers depends on AAT’s decision.
Attacks:
In the event of an attack, the server will be promptly suspended and further investigation and decisions will be made by AAT.
Bots:
Servers reported for bot abuse are immediately suspended and permanently deleted without reactivation.
Spam and Copyright Violations:
Reports regarding spam and copyright infringement are reviewed by the technical team. If the issue is resolved by the user, reactivation may be possible but only for certain servers.
Resource Abuse:
Various reports of resource abuse lead to service suspension. Reactivation decisions rest with AAT and often result in permanent server deactivation.
Dedicated Server:
The delivery timeframe for dedicated servers is typically 1 to 10 business days from the date of registration. Due to the complex installation process, occasional delays may occur, and customers will be notified via ticket in such cases. Upon completion, all server access details will be promptly sent to the customer’s email address.
- Comprehensive configuration options, including control panels, additional IPs, and operating systems, are detailed on the order pages.
- To use PTR (Reverse DNS), customers must first have their domain verified by the Abuse Audit Team. Once verified, availability will be communicated via ticket.
- Custom resources for dedicated servers are subject to approval by the data center and our technical experts. Customers seeking more information should submit a ticket. Any policy violations will be handled according to WiliVM’s abuse terms outlined in the terms and conditions.
Renewal:
To avoid service interruptions, dedicated servers are automatically renewed. Renewal invoices are sent 10 days before the due date, with additional reminders provided.
Customers must review their invoices and make payments at least 48 hours before the due date to prevent permanent service termination and irrecoverable data loss.
Unlike VPS services, dedicated servers require payment 48 hours prior to the due date to avoid contract termination. Data recovery is not possible after contract termination.
Refund Policy:
WiliVM does not offer refunds for dedicated servers, except in cases of unresolved technical issues.
Backup:
Dedicated servers do not have automated backup options. WiliVM is not responsible for manual backups, data loss, or related issues.
Bandwidth Usage:
- Bandwidth limits for your dedicated server plan vary based on location and server configuration, clearly specified during plan selection.
- Bandwidth usage resets monthly.
- Exceeding bandwidth limits will result in service suspension. To avoid suspension, you may:
- Upgrade your plan by contacting sales via ticket or live chat.
- Purchase additional bandwidth by contacting sales.
- Access unlimited bandwidth options, if available, by contacting sales.
Upgrade/Downgrade Packages:
Due to changes in dedicated server infrastructure, any resource adjustments require our approval and cannot be performed via service pages. Customers must submit tickets for inquiries about upgrading or downgrading.
Abuse and Auditing:
WiliVM takes abuse of its services seriously. Our security and abuse team thoroughly investigates all reported abuse, which may lead to suspension or termination of services.
Services may be suspended pending resolution upon reports from authorities.
The following activities are classified as violations and will result in immediate suspension and termination without prior notice:
- Malware, toolkits, port scanning, DDoS attacks
- Email marketing services, spam, unsolicited bulk email (UBE)
- Email harvesting, ransomware, email and website phishing
- Brand and organizational reputation abuse
- Malicious bots, attacks on websites or servers
- Copyright infringement (including Bit Torrent)
Resource abuse:
Storage or distribution of content related to pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, or multi-level marketing systems is strictly prohibited.
User Responsibilities:
Earn Commissions
Strong Passwords: Use strong and unique passwords for your WiliVM services.
Security Measures: Take appropriate security measures to protect your service from abuse.
Reseller Responsibility: If you provide services to others (Reseller), you are responsible for their actions and any abuse they may commit.
Quick Report: If you suspect that your service(s) on the WiliVM network have been abused or attacked, please report it immediately to [email protected] for immediate investigation.
Remember: Rest assured that all documents requested from users will be handled securely and confidentially.
